11/10 maple leaf never disappoints, Beyond thankful for this place and its employees. Mary is truly the best person she provides service far beyond the standards, she puts her heart out for her customers every time. The body work they can do is something very magical I would never go anywhere else to get my car done. I trust my car in the hands of these wonderful people always. It’s very rare I write reviews but this place does amazing top tier work. I picked my car up today after just a short time of a lot of work done thinking I’d have to go vaccum and clean my car.. Nope! They cleaned inside and out they even put my winter Matt’s in for me which was such a pleasant surprise as winters just around the corner. They really care here. Took my Mazada there after a small accident. I had quit a few issues. When they returned my car to me there were some new dents in the hood that weren't there before. Secondly they aligned my steering without setting the steering wheel back to straight inside the car. These items were fixed by the shop after I complained. Lastly and most significantly... they attached a new bumper and failed to paint it or paint it correctly. I complained and they stated that "piant does look the same on plastic as it does on metal". Seems like a bad excuse. Mazda was able to make it match when they made the car. Now everyone asks me what happened to my car months after my repair. Totally unsatisfied. Worst experience. Shotty workmanship. Error lights on dash when I picked up the vehicle post repair. Multiple returns to the shop to correct issues from poor workmanship. 3 weeks after repair painted section is already bubbling. Today, my door handle fell off the car. The same door they repaired. Upon inspection I found they used incorrect bolt and improper torque. When I picked my car up they had gotten overspray all over the weather seals. They refused to repair my back up camera which worked fine before the accident. Their excuse was that they scanned the vehicle and it showed error codes for the camera when the vehicle first arrived. Of course it will have an error code as the issue happened during the collision! Also my courtesy lights don’t come on now. alignment in the rear was

I highly recommend David and his team. Their service is exceptional—they truly go above and beyond. The quality of their work is outstanding, and as a long-time customer, I’ve never left dissatisfied. David takes the time to ensure all concerns are thoroughly addressed, giving you complete peace of mind. You leave knowing your vehicle is in excellent hands..

What a beautiful job these guys did, and receptionists were awesome. They communicated very well once contacted. The only downside was that they do seem to be incredibly busy so there was repeated delays getting my vehicle in to have work done and it was an additional day that they had it but really the quality of the work is just phenomenal. Also be sure to take into consideration the time of year if you have an accident because that is definitely a factor for time. Again, people have no idea how important it is to have good front reception! Kudos to the ladies up front!
