CSS Starter Alternator

horrible customer service!!! i called on monday, 3/2/2026, and was told that it would be $275 to have my alternator replaced, including parts and labor. however, when i called again today, 3/6/2026, i was given a totally different price, almost $100 more! when i questioned this i was given an attitude from the owner and he said the price went up because i didn’t bring my car in on that day…that doesn’t make sense to me. he then tried to make it seem like i had called another place because he didn’t remember giving me that price, i then told him that his company’s number was the one in my call log which is how i knew to call again to confirm the price…before i could even finish saying that he cut me off and aggressively told me that i must bring my car in this monday, 3/9/2026 in order for

He took the time to explain the component and how to install it since I was changing my alternator to a 300 amp myself. He quoted me a price gave the time needed to preform the upgrade.

Customer service is terrible. I bought parts from someone there to repair an alternator and now I'm missing a part and they blocked me on eBay so I can't go near this place.

Tried calling for information to see if a part is available. Individual on phone is VERY rude and dismissive. Their website gives their phone number and says "call now", but he tells you that he won't even tell you if he has a party you need and tells you to go thru eBay. Unprofessional. Also, I received a phone call from his business. He said "nobody called you". So, he's also a liar.

Very good product i have used this company CSS. For 18 years Never disappointed.
