CT Auto Spa

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The bottom half of my car still had PLENTY of salt. Top part had lots of missed spots, some of which got smeared with a DIRTY microfiber cloth. I got the top of the line service, lol. I didn't have change for a tip (I did not get out of my car so I was unaware of the horrible "clean". I saw a few missed spots but let them go.), so I asked for a 5 and 5 one's as change. I got back 5 ones. lol. I went to Stop & Shop around the corner, got out of the car and saw the state of my ship. Holy Toledo! I drove right back to complain. I was told it was pretty perfect with a great big sarcastic grin and no offer to make it right. SKIP THIS JOINT!!! I’ve gone to this car wash for a year and a half now, the service has always been great, I’ve even Venmo’d the guys their tip when I didn’t have cash…..until today when the carwash tunnel tracks punctured 2 big holes in my front driver side tire and ripped my sensor, the gentlemen there were kind and sympathetic but when the owner returned my call he was less than sympathetic stating that his equipment is 100% guaranteed to be safe and up to date and that it was impossible that the damaged happened at on his car wash, assumed my tires were bald ( they are 1 yr old tires), assumed my tire pressure was already low ( I just had an oil change so they pressure was checked). He was very defensive and arrogant when I provided him with the tire experts opinion that it was damaged caused in the car

Probably a year or so ago I had a very different experience at CT Auto Spa than I had today. I figured enough time had passed...I should give them another shot. I find their service to have improved SO much that I've deleted my previous review to replace it with this one. The van was FILTHY. It's not anymore. It's downright sparkly. I noticed particular attention paid by staff to the rear of the van - an area I previously had a problem with. Well done, CT Auto Spa. You've earned a repeat customer.

My car always comes out clean and nice, and the price is pretty good.

I signed up for the monthly plan and have no regrets. The monthly plan provides an attendant who hand dries your windows with a microfiber cloth. Friendly staff! They place the sticker where it isn’t visible from the driver’s POV. The car wash is located at a light, so entrance and exit to the lot is easy.
