Here here, I wanted to avoid your brand name garages for somewhere reliable and was directed here. Haven’t been more comfortable in a waiting room than I can remember. Had an oil change, and a sound that needed to get checked out and they ended up getting it cleared up and helped with other maintenance needed. Happy they were able to get the parts for my car and quickly at that! Aren’t you tired of hearing, “we need to get the part, could take a few days” ?! Not at this place. Happy I came here and will be back.

My car needed to be seen several times. The first time they fixed the problem with no hassles. The staff was kind, courteous and straight forward. The work was done in a timely fashion. This last time, I was given an estimate and was told the possible outcome. Upon further investigation of the problem, it was determined the cost to fix the car outweighed the car’s worth. There was a concern more repairs would be needed once they began. I was saved hundreds of dollars. They were looking out for my best interests and best outcome! I had a great experience with them overall.

Service and team were fast to diagnose issue and notify us of cost. They were timely and reasonably priced. Jeff and his team are efficient and do great work. We highly recommend and will be back for our future car needs!

They are amazing at what they do. My car was in a fender bender and they made it look like nothing ever happened. They also had the car ready for me a couple days sooner than they expected. Mr. Gofman the owner and Casey Orr were in touch with me the whole time and were both very professional. And there service is definitely top notch and would definitely bring my car there for services again if needed.

I had to bring my vehicle into the shop the other day for multiple codes and issues. All the staff there were very professional and personable. Jeff (shop manager) was very approachable and very easy to talk to. He explained what had to be done with the vehicle and stated in constant communication with me thought out the time the had the vehicle. Thank you to Slava, Jeff and the Team and CT Auto for taking care of me and fixing my car. Definitely bringing the car back and spreading the word!!
