CT Smog Check

This guy is great and always does a good job i will bring all my cars here only and he always appreciates a cold drink

Old man is very rude and makes it seem like it's an inconvenience to help you. His scanner wouldn't work on my car and he just went to the car behind me that almost pretty much blocked me in his shop and I had to maneuver my car out of his shop nearly hitting a girl walking on the sidewalk. You would think he'd have one car back out before letting another drive up. I explained that the scanner plug was working fine the day before and he started raising his voice at me insisting I check the fuses and went to the other customer. I went to another smog testing place SMOG FOR LESS down the street and the scanner worked perfectly. The CT smog dude has a funky attitude and is very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

I paid for a smog check- failed the test, got repairs and then passed the test. But, I was charged again! State Law gives a 90 day grace to get repairs without being charged a second time! Illegal and fraudulent to charge Twice within a 2 week period! Am reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Also, the attendant did not put the number on my smog certificate and after waiting 2 hours at the DMV to get my tags, I had to go back again and get the correct smog certificate. And then go back and wait in line at the DMV yet again! 🤬 what a sham business!!

I Actually Only Come Here For All My Of My Smog Checks. I Definitely Never Met A More Hardworking Professional Like The Owner Of This Fine Establishment. I Highly Recommend This Place 💯.
