CTJ MOBILE AUTO REPAIR

I came home to a flat tire on my older car parked in the garage with swollen/stripped lug nuts. I was unable to get the lug nuts off and reached out to a few local mobile mechanic/tire companies. 2 companies wanted $150 and $99 to come simply take the tire off. I didn’t need anything else - just the tire removed. They explained they are a mobile garage and can fix anything. Then I called CTJ and Jeff understood my needs. Priced it right and communicated clearly what his arrival time would be. Awesome customer service. Thanks Jeff!

SO impressed with this service! They came to my location, took my tire, went to 2 different shops to get it replaced and had it back on my car in just a few hours on a Sunday morning. Well worth the reasonable fees for their work! Made it ZERO hassle for me. Thank you so much!!

Had an emergency with my vehicle and was told they could fit me in and that i would be getting a call back soon. I waited hours in the heat and never got a call back or was able to contact them. I would have understood if they just told me they couldnt fit me in or work on my car, but telling me I could be fit and would get a call letting me know and not even calling to say "sorry we cant make it" and leaving me stranded expecting them was not good customer service at all.

Very professional, knew what they were doing, polite, extremely fast, and reasonably priced. Mobile! They come to you! They fit me in schedule very quickly. Top notch service! Highly recommend! 10/10!
