CTL Repair is the only place I feel I can 100% trust auto services. I have been a customer since 2000 beginning with Hawk's Japanese Auto Service and now CTL for the last several years.

CTL Repair spent 10 minutes diagnosing a leaking AC system. I decided to go with this shop vs a competitor because it was going to be half the cost and they could get me in right away. Since they didn’t spend much time, they didn’t fully diagnose the issue and it ended in me having to make multiple trips and costing just as much as the first shop quoted me. On the second repair/trip that was needed, I asked to be given a price up front, and he was unable to provide a quote but rather, said it would be about 6 hours of labor. When I went to get my car, he charged me for 12. I would avoid this shop if possible unless you prefer to get strung along for more time and money than you originally were led on to believe.

CTL fixed my fluid bypass pipe on my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. Did a great job at a reasonable price. Also installed a JDI engine on my friends Toyota RAV with good results. I really like these guys.

I was towed to the nearest mechanic after my car shut off on I-5 in Tacoma. Immediately these guys made me feel at ease and I trusted I was in good hands. They troubleshot my situation and resolved it super quickly. I highly, highly recommend. They turned a crappy day around and left me feeling nothing but grateful.

Passing through from out of town. Had serious engine problems. They fixed it quickly and got me on my way at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
