CTS Towing & Recovery

I had an extremely disappointing experience involving one of this company’s employees. After a brief interaction on Facebook Marketplace, the individual began sending me harassing and threatening messages. I understand that personal behavior may not always reflect the entire company, but it’s concerning that someone representing their business would act this way. I expected a higher standard of professionalism and accountability from their team. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews who they allow to represent their name online.

They were there almost immediately when a buzzard hit our windshield! Very helpful! Thank you! Amy was extremely helpful & made it very easy for us! Highly recommend!

Great customer service from Donny thank you. He goes above and beyond. Our semi truck broke down and he showed up really fast, even took us to hotel. Great company.

I left my headlights on last night and woke up to my car battery dead when I had to be at work by 7 this morning! I called them and they had Jackson there within 15 mins and I was able to make it to work on time! I will definitely call them anytime I need help!

My sister in law & her husband & 6 kids broke down on the way to bowling green KY & state police had their vehicle towed. After 2 long weeks we found where they had it towed to & it was these GUYS!!! Sitting how long it did it should have been over 1,000 but they seen we were just visiting & had to drive 5 hrs to get the vehicle back so they gave us almost a week & cut the price in half for us!! They are super friendly & definitely a tow company I'd use in the future if I was broke down in that area again!! I 1000% recommend this company & they are family owned & operate & live up to their standards they have.
