CTT Smog

If there was a choice for zero or negative star, I would have chosen it. The owner/operator informed me that DMV would have the results in 24-48 hours. Never happened and now my renewal is past due. I even followed up with another visit telling me his wife did the paperwork and I would receive the email in 2 hours. 48 hours later I still had not received an email. I visited his location 48 hours later and he then told me that the smog was down and DMV had to calibrate with the results available in 5 days. At that time I was so frustrated that I told him a police rep would be with me the next time I had to come down. He ordered me off the property and said not to come back. If he hadn’t lied to me from the beginning, he could have returned my money and I would have been able to go somewhere

Stopped by to get my car smogged and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. I enjoyed a complimentary RedBull inside the office while my car was checked, and my car was ready very shortly after. I’ll be coming back here for all my smogs!

Next time ask if the person is registering as classic as well over charged when i should not have got a smog on this car, i would mot go back to this shop.
