CTT Transmissions

I had my Dodge Cummins Transmission rebuilt at CTT Transmissions under the Previous Owner and was just outside of my warranty when the Billet Torque Converter Failed. The new Owners (Ishmael & Erica) decided to rebuild my transmission as a Good Will Favor! That is Integrity! I Highly Recommend This Shop as they actually did not have to honor this rebuild, but instead Chose To Do So because they are Trustworthy and Honorable! Thank You So Very Much, Ishmael & Erica!

Owned this corrola for 5 days before needing another transmission. CTT displayed exceptional customer service and on top of taking care of this inconvenience in a quick manner. I would highly recommend this shop to any of my friends and family. I also noticed they cleaned up my battery terminals showing attention to detail and that just goes to show what kind of shop this is. Thank you guys for taking care of me.

CTT transmissions has always taken good care of me and my troublesome Cadillac. They’ve never charged me for something I didn’t need, and have kept my transmission running healthy with trade knowledge when they could have easily recommended a replacement 50k miles ago. Recently, my differential went out and Erica has been nothing short of a miracle in keeping me informed and getting my warranty work approved. What would normally be a stressful situation has been a walk in the park with the peace of mind that comes with doing business at such a honest and experienced shop. This entire shop and especially Erica is amazing, if you need transmission or differential work do yourself a favor and look nowhere else.

Sometimes you just have to write a review and this is one of those times. Integrity and professionalism are hard to find these days, and CTT Transmissions has them at the highest level. As I was driving to a meeting, my hot engine warning light suddenly came on, power dropped and my car began to shudder. As I frantically looked around to get off the road, there was CTT. I pulled in, and asked for help. Their senior technical promptly came out, took an initial look, and offered to check the car after it had cooled down. He later put it on the hoist, identified the problem, and recommended we go to a general repair shop (as it was not something they could fix). I have an 06 Mustang GT and last week it started making a loud grinding noise as I was driving. I figured my transmission was going out. It was so loud, I immediately stopped driving it. I called around to local shops and of all of them, CTT took the time to answer my questions and it didn’t feel like I was being told some sales pitch. The front office lady (Erika) even helped arrange a tow before their business hours so I can still make it to work on time.
