“Blue” and his team are great folks and make you feel like family. There is never a stranger to this shop because “Blue” treats you like you are someone he’s known his whole life. He’s honest and has great integrity. For a mechanic that is hard to find.

Car was there for several months waiting to be worked on, I knew it needed work, at the areas of work it needed..never got a call to let me know anything, I called, “oh the mechanic said he was to busy to do any diagnostic work on it, but said it needed the whole brake system, exhaust system, and other things (I already had known)” asked for a price to fix the specific issue with brakes(the only thing I needed them to fix) said they would call me back and leave a message(NOTHING!) is this how business is supposed to be run, if you are to busy to diagnose the issue I asked to, then why do I need to pay you? Clearly you didn’t diagnose the issue🤷‍♂️

As always great work, great customer service and great prices. Use the them for all of our cars and recommend you do too.

I have never been so disappointed with a mechanic shop than this Unfortunately the Toyota man passed away he was the one that would have looked at my car. The owner showed very inattentive customer service skills and his wife wasn't nice either. I will never carry a vehicle to this shop again.

We had a Volkswagen Tiguan with problem after problem after we picked our car up from them. Threatened to take $200 from an employees paycheck when they made a mistake on a battery replacement if we didn't return the battery ourselves, then after a $1,500 repair, that they didn't discount after they promised to do such, began screening our calls and never answered any attempt of contact. Very disappointing in the service and the owners.
