I had an excellent experience with Cumberland Auto Center. From the initial estimate to the final repair, their team was professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful. They kept me informed throughout the process, and the quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations. The damage to my car is completely invisible—you’d never know it was there. I highly recommend Cumberland Auto Center for outstanding customer service and top-notch repairs.

The trunk or treat was good. The layout of it this year still needs work. Maybe have someone help directing everyone. No one knew which way to go. We got fast passes to get in and didn't use them cause the regular line went faster than the fast pass line.

We were lied too about how they would fix what was wrong with the car we were buying. After buying the car, the proposed fix was to replace the factory installed run flat tires with cheaper, regular tires due to a vibration and steering wheel shake found on the test drive. This car does not have a spare tire, jack, or lug wrench, which were deleted at the factory. They refused to pay for anything but the cheaper tires and no spare tire kit. We took the car to our trusted tire dealer for a second opinion. They agreed that the right fix was to install run flat tires. We gave up in disgust. Never going back to Overdrive for anything.
