I was Alone with all 5 kids on our way home to Mattoon from mount vernon when we got a flat tire in sigel.. while pulled over and trying to contact my husband, my kids started trying to flag someone down to help us. Josh from Cumberland towing saw the kids and pulled over to check on us . He ended up not only showing me where the spare was on my van but going the extra mile and changing the tire for me all before my husband was able to get to us. He then followed me to the gas station to make sure i had Enough air in all the tires to get us home . Fantastic service . So thankful for Josh!

These guys really care about people stranded in a dangerous situation and worked with me on the payment with a 1/2 ton an 38ft trailer lot of places can't even handle all that an its a short bed definitely the folks to call in Illinois got me fast an more important very safely

I was having day after day of bad luck with my RV and vehicles. After both containo everything I owned had been towed by two different company's. Both with everything except the clothes on my back. Sheriff's stoped me and my insurance sr22 was expired but I was moving n a hardship. Car belonged to my mother inlaw. Tryin figure it out alone with being without housing was breaking me down. I have only used the services of Cumberland Towing one time. I spoke with Jesse, whom I assumed to be the owner, when my mother's vehicle had a wheel bearing explode. He was extremely professional and even more so polite. Cumberland Towing recovered mom's vehicle very quickly and did not require our presence during the recovery process.
