Cummings Towing & Recovery

Me and my husband were stranded at Kroger in Carrollton tonight The gentleman who I talked to on the phone, I believe his name is Bo Was so nice and so caring he knew that I had to be on my way to work that’s why we were out and he offered to come take me to work which was above and beyond any towing service I’ve ever seen. He Also made sure that we had help no matter what I told him I didn’t have a lot of money and he worked with me really well. I just wanna say thank you so much to everyone tonight that helped from Cummins towing. These guys are truly the best.

On Jan. 31, 2026 I was stuck in the snow in my car. I called Mr Cummings hoping to be towed. I was not expecting I would be able to get a tow right away due to the shear volume of calls. To my surprise he told me he would come ASAP. He was there within 2 hours. He had my car parked in it's space just a few minutes later. What a lovely man. I would recommend him to anyone I know. He is in my phone now for the future.

Beau and his team drove over 30 minutes to get my car and I to a safe location after AAA said they couldn’t do anything for me. They were so polite and professional. Beau even called me back before they got there to let me know they didn’t forget about me. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such caring people to help me in a really stressful time.
