You’re gonna see five stars and one star in the reviews here. Let me tell you as a local: I had a bad experience. In my bad experience was the same as everyone star on here. So I’m a little suspicious that may be they’re asking people to put five stars before they realize that they work may not have been complete. Although they are an authorized repair place, I am personally avoiding it from now on as they did not repair what I needed and let my rig sit for two weeks. $1200 for labor and the problem was not fixed. Before you decide to bring a generator here, I would definitely read through these reviews. All of them.

Brought my 2005 DP w/5.9 cummins for intermittent check engine light. Received phone call from service writer with estimate of roughly $3500. Service writer said during investigation of issue tech broke the only two bolts holding EGR on intake tube and purchasing a new tube at around $1600 would be cheaper than drilling out bolts. I requested to come see what's going on. I meet with service writer and tech to discuss repair. I was displeased to have to purchase tube and pay labor for something that may have been avoided if tech took better care when removing bolts. Regardless I agreed as long as it fixes check engine light. At this point service writer said oh no it could possibly be 7 or 8 other issues per scanner diagnostic tool and tech was going down the line! I then inquired if he had

I have an Onan 2800i gen in my 2023 Winnebago Solis. Been to service in Nashville 3 times. Always the same issue, runs for a while then shuts down. In cooler weather it may run up to 45 minutes but in warm weather it shuts down in 5 to 10 minutes. Thought we had it fixed last visit but it started shutting down again after a few minutes in this warm weather. Called service, gave them the vin #, said it was in warranty and I made the appointment. Diagnosed the problem as the fuel pump, I was told that the fuel pump was not warrantied past 2 years, only major parts are warrantied for the 3 years. Then I was told that to replace the fuel pump with diagnostics, parts and labor was over $1,200! They refused to uphold the warranty because "they said" it didn't throw the "36" code previously that

Warning stay away from this shop. Brought RV in for generator repair. Generator show error code 47 which is most likely control board problem. Technician diagnosed bad exhaust valve and prescribed cylinder head replacement ($3200 repair). Generator had less than 500 hours use. After they replaced cylinder they realized control board was the issue which would have cost less than half the cost of cylinder replacement. Picked up R.V. and generator wouldn’t start with start switch, had to use emergency jump switch to start it. Also Generator compartment door arm was not attached proper and fell off when I opened the compartment door. They said my battery required water and wanted to charge me over $200 for topping off battery with water. Worst experience I have ever had with a repair s
