I had issues with my mower so I called these guys to help me out. They were able to tell me what was wrong. They diagnostic fee was supposed to go towards a repair. The techs said they needed look around for the part to make a repair. It’s been over a month and I haven’t received any communication from them. I talked to the mechanic a week after doing my diagnostic on my mower he stated “he would call me back regarding my part”. Still waiting for that phone call. I do not recommend their services for anyone trying to get their machine up and running in a timely fashion.
Great mobile service! Changed out our flat tire in no time at all. Reasonable, professional. Highly recommended.
