I highly recommend Austin at Cunningham Automotive in Cecil County. He went above and beyond for me from start to finish. Austin took the time to thoroughly diagnose my vehicle and, even after I decided to take it to the dealership for warranty coverage, he kept looking out for me. He did his own research, found an active recall, and ended up saving me from a $1,400 charge the dealership would have billed me for. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much, even when they’re not the one doing the final repair. Austin always puts his best foot forward, is incredibly knowledgeable, and truly works in the customer’s best interest. If you need an honest, dedicated, and skilled technician, Austin is the guy. I can’t recommend him enough.

I was super lucky to have found this auto shop. Stuck at a rest stop with a flat tire, I spoke with Austin on the phone and could immediately sense that he was a trustworthy guy. Once my insurance roadside assistance came and put my donut on, I was able to get to Cunningham, get another tire put on and continue on my way. Austin and his assistant were very friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on anything, quoting very fair prices. I am extremely satisfied with the service he provided and highly recommend him and his shop!! Thanks again!!

An Absolute Lifesaver for My Truck! I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the service I received at Cunningham's Auto from Austin was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share my experience. My truck was having similar issues after I already had work done on it at another location just a couple months ago. I had originally taken it back to the original repair location, but they couldn't diagnose the problem correctly, or their proposed solutions were incredibly expensive and didn't instill much confidence.
