Richie was awesome. He explained what needed to be done, quoted me a price, and completed the work quickly and professionally.. Final price actually came in a couple hundred bucks cheaper! Highly recommend Cupelli Automotive..Will definitely use them again for any repairs i need on my BMW!

First of all the shop was clean and very professional in appearance. Richie and Frank were great and helped me with repair decisions for my 2008 BMW 750i. The car doesn't get driven much, and as a consequence had some much needed attention to an oil and coolant leak. The repairs this car needed were expensive and they were both incredibly helpful in prioritizing what was needed now and what could wait so I could budget for the entirety of the necessary repairs. Frank was very knowledgeable about my car and it's engine...he knows his BMW's! Anyway his advise was correct...I couldn't replace my car for the cost of the repairs. I'll be a loyal customer for not only my car, but my wife's 2017 X5.

I took my GLE350 & Acura TLX to Cupelli for service. I am very pleased with the overall service & experience. I found them on Google and the reviews did not lie, they lived up to the high rating. I am a sucker for service, so the minute Richie answered the phone and patiently answered my questions, I was already willing to check them out. They are very busy, but very thorough and efficient. Brought my Mercedes in for service at Cupelli Automotive and dealt with Richie who was very nice and welcoming to me for deciding to visit their shop for my automotive needs. He explained the diagnostic procedure and what it would cost to figure out the problem with my car. After diagnosing the problem and explaining the repair I felt very confident that I was dealing with a real professional auto repair shop. They completed the B9 service on our Mercedes E 300. and left everything in great condition. The customer service was truly exceptional—the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
