Went to have my belt and transmission fluid/filter changed, but told the owner I suspected other problems. Low and behold, my car was a barely running metal catastrophe. Not only did he find codes, but he listed and showed me everything that was wrong with it. Proved to all the other mechanics that I wasn't delusional for thinking something was wrong, plus took the time to explain everything clearly. I was practically in tears by the time he expressed compassion for my troubles and empathize with my situation. He even found problems that were never pointed out by a mechanic when I went for an oil change! I highly recommend this mechanic and shop if you want someone who is honest, knowledgeable, organized, and a kind person. 100/10. Will be going back for future repairs. Thank you, sir! Th

I had a vehicle breakdown on I80 and managed to get to Cupp's. They made the time to get my vehicle fixed and back on the road quickly. Great shop!

The owner, Grant was very professional and honest. My Tiguan was running rough for a little while and needed a tuneup. The owner was flexible time wise since I had to figure out when I could drop it off. He got it fixed up and it’s running like a dream now. Way better than what a dealership would act like or charge. They did let me know I have a leak that didn’t need fixed today but I needed to keep an eye on my coolant. I also got a rough and fair estimate price as well as how long it might take to fix so I can plan ahead. Also they have an extremely friendly shop cat and any place/person that treats animals well shows their character in my book. I plan on going back here in the future.
