Stopped here by chance as there was a used Rav 4 with low mileage listed on line & sure enough it was there. I met Joshua (salesperson) who was exceptionally helpful & professional with giving me the details of this vehicle along info on my trade in. I felt very comfortable chatting with Joshua & didn’t feel pressured one bit. The entire process was low keyed & very pleasant. After making the decision, Joshua introduced me to Will, and we went over some numbers, CarFax & financial details. The next day I was able to pick up my mini suv & drive off after doing some paperwork with Alan. The show room is very interesting with the new Granadiet Van made with a BMW engine. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I was able to stop by, test drive, and buy a car with no pressure relatively quickly. Oraine was great and very accommodating. I had an issue after purchase and Sydney in the service department went above and beyond to help resolve it! They seem to be well organized and want to keep their customers happy which I appreciate. I have had the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The sales staff is so direct and straight forward. No hard sale. They have bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly. It was a great experience and the grenadier blows away the Jeep Rubicon that I have owned, not even close. I am a car guy who raced formulas, prototypes and Porsches for 25 years. Very professional experience. I stopped by today to tour the dealership and was immediately greeted by Sam who is one of the sales advisors there. I test drove the brand new Grenadier. Wow! It is an incredible driving machine. It's developed across multiple countries including England, Germany, and France. The vehicle itself has so much to offer. It can drive across any terrain seamlessly. It was exciting to drive. Being someone who traditionally drives Japanese vehicles I can say the INEOS Grenadier really has so much to offer the road as well as the driver.
