Curtiss Ryan Honda Service

I had a great experience at Curtiss Ryan Honda in Shelton yesterday for an oil change. The entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made the time pass quickly. They even offered coffee, which was a nice touch. Best of all, the wait wasn’t long at all. I also stopped by the parts department with a question, and they were incredibly kind and courteous. They took the time to give me the answers I needed without making me feel rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The team was professional, friendly, and well-organized. I’ll definitely be returning for future service needs!

When I arrived, i waited longer than expected. There were 3 people behind the counter doing other things and I felt ignored. Then I was told it would be awhile because there were only 2 technicians working in the afternoon. Fortunately it took less time than expected. This was a free, first time service. When checking out, I was told there would be a charge. I explained and the error was corrected, though it took some time. Overall, I was pleased with the service. Everyone was very courteous. I have purchased multiple cars from CR and will return. The issues above were minor annoyances but a review was requested, so I’m being honest.

The service was easy and polite but I am still waiting on a call back for the weather stripping for my drivers side door and the rear outside hatch release rubber grommet that they said they will call when it’s in.

Our buying experience at Curtiss Ryan Honda was, quite simply, a 10 out of 10 experience from start to finish. Kyle Hall is an outstanding sales person and knows all about car design and answered all of our questions about the HRV. Billy in financing is so efficient and effective and he made the experience smooth and easy. Kudos to the whole team! We are grateful for you and your service.

Service drop-off was quick and painless even on a busy Saturday morning! Dropped off around 8:40 and my car was all set by 10 with an oil change, tire rotation, and complimentary inspection. One of the most painless service experiences I’ve had across all makes that I’ve owned. Damian was helpful and easy to work with, pickup was simple as well!
