Custom Alignment

10/10! On a family trip, car broke down 3 hours away from our destination (6 from home). We called to see if they could replace our alternator, they had an opening tomorrow morning, but after we let them know our situation, not only did they get it fixed that day, they offered to drop my family and I at a park while we waited. Excellent people, great prices. Would definitely recommend!!

Hands down the best experience with all of my many car issues. They are friendly, fair and good at what they do with great warranties for their work.

My husband & I live in south Texas, & came up to my hometown area (Stillwell-Wea) during Huricane Beryl. Our car was acting up. Sounded like a tire. So we took it to Custom alignment. It turned out to be a wheel baring on both sides. We were really lucky to come here & get the work done promptly & professionally. Excellent job! Excellent customer service/ Susan is very sweet & made us feel at ease about getting back home. Were back now and safely because of these good, honest people.

Being an older single woman they were recommended to me by some friends. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my car. They did what was needed and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need done. Their prices were very reasonable as well. I would have paid more someplace else. George is the best and I will definitely use them in the future.

Where to begin? Charged $125 to CK codes and wouldn't tell us what codes it showed! Replaced the battery but didn't secure it. Charged $130 for a second diagnostic that showed the key didn't have a chip in it. Why a total of $250? The icing on the cake? They took the car in April and after numerous calls they got it in the shop in August hmmm. Their attitudes weren't good and $728 for a battery+$65 to install it unsecured, two diagnostics and a key replacement. BTW we took it to NAPA 1/8 mile from them and they did a free diagnostic and only one code showed a misfire on cylinder #2. We purchased plugs and a coil for a little over $100. They may be good at alignments but a rip off for what they did for us. Burned in Stilwell.
