Custom Auto Crews

Bought 3 car covers all guaranteed for 4 years yet not one lasted 2 years. False advertising..I wrote 2 emails with no response. That is wrong and you should stand by what you advertise. The first car cover that failed I paid to replace before I realized it was guaranteed. When the 2nd failed I got in touch and you did replace that one. That one failed after 2 years and there was silence from you when I inquired about the guarantee and replacement.

When you purchase a new car you want to protect it with the best. So you invest more money and time to find what you want. I purchased floor mats and seat covers for my new car. I didn't like the color of both items, so I returned the seat covers first. I received a full refund for that item. The next week, I returned the floor mats. However, Custom Auto Crews removed the return shipping tags all together. I had to call Amazon for us to call Custom Auto Crews, to have them turn back on the return shipping label for the mats. They were complete jerks about returning the items I (the customer) was unsatisfied with. Once I returned them, Custom Auto Crews refused to refund me my money for months!!! Stating, I didn't return them or bring it to their attention in a timely manner. I had to call

Ordered a car cover for a 356 Porsche, as advertised custom fit. The cover I received is large enough to fit my other 356 Porsche under. Their customer service line is not working, and no response to 3 emails asking to return with a label. Zelch, no reply. Based on the complaints I have read, this Co. is obviously on the way out ! Very poor service, poor quality and poor use of advertising

I had the exact same experience as Steve Kogan. I would highly recommend you shop with a reputable organization. 2/14/17: After approximately 4 1/2 months with no response to my request for a refund because the car mats did not fit, I heard from Helen. She promptly arranged a refund to include my shipping cost for returning the mats.

Ordered floor mats from them through Amazon and product was misrepresented and did not fit as promised! Returned item as requested buy Custom Auto Crews and never received a credit! I emailed and called numerous times regarding my return and never received a response back! Had to contact Amazon and put in a complaint about this business, in which they are now doing an investigation and amazon is issuing me a credit. This is not the 1st time customers have complained about there service! This company is a sham!!!! Don't make the same mistake I made but ordering from them. Thry are a terrible business to deal with!!!!
