Kelly came in clutch massively for my band while we were on tour through Boise. Our van was broken into while we were in Canada over labor day weekend and he picked up our call first thing, found the glass, and fit us in with a beautiful repair at our hotel same day. He was incredibly personable and understanding of our schedule and difficult situation. He even fixed the cracks in our windshield and our non-functioning door handle in no time at all. All of this was at a bargain and far cheaper / faster than you could ever get at Safelite. Professional, courteous, and efficient! Had a need for a new windshield. When I contacted the company they explained they could go through insurance and quoted me the out of pocket cost. They encouraged me to contact my insurance company to see what my deductible was for full replacement. I saved over $200 by paying out of pocket versus my deductible. Kelly showed up at my home the next day and replaced the windshield in less than an hour. Very happy with the service and value. Recommend using this locally owned company instead of using the chain companies that insurance forces on you. Kelly is the best!
