This is a great shop to deal with. They do great work, they are very honest about what they suggest and what needs to be done, and their prices are great.

Greg, Alfred, and the whole team at Custom Auto are the only people I will trust with my car repairs. They are efficient, communicative - and most importantly - honest and trustworthy, which is very hard to come by. I've been going to them for years, even after moving further away from the shop, and will continue to do so for many more to come. You won't find any other mechanics in town like them (believe me). They always go the extra mile to make sure you're well taken care of, and they don't try to sell you on things you don't need. Can't recommend these guys enough!!

We were broken down with a damaged radiator hose yesterday on our way home with an 8 hour drive ahead of us. Called Custom Auto and they were able to get our truck in the same day. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and had us on our way quickly. We were impressed with their customer service and caring attitude. We highly recommend them for your auto repair needs.

I just found out from the dealership that the water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced because it wasn't done right. They could tell that the parts were new but it was seized and blocked where coolant wasn't able to flow through, which caused my head gasket to blow. About 2 years ago, this was the place I had the thermostat and water pump replaced and my engine started to overheat shortly after. I took it back to this shop and they told me it was because my head gasket was blown, which was fine before they changed the water pump and thermostat. And this vehicle hasn't been driven ever since then. I know it is a bit too late but I'm leaving the review because I didn't know what caused my head gasket to blew until now (I knew it would be really expensive so I held off on it so I can
