I had just gotten my car back from this place. Then, I had to spend $80 for a flatbed, (round trip), to bring the car BACK TO THE SHOP for them to fix/change a part that was improperly installed. Once the car was back home, I discovered yet ANOTHER problem! I spoke with, and sent photos to the parts maker. They said that part was also IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. I went to the shop to talk to them about it, and they weren’t the least bit interested in helping me. I spent over $800 with these people and my car is in worse shape than it was before I brought it there! Now, I’m trying to find another shop to UNDO the work they did, and re-do it! Stay away! I’ll see you in court Custom Automotive…😒
Saved me a lot of money. Pinpointed my car situation and showed me what occurred. I was notified about my estimate and my vehicle was repaired. I shall return for future repairs.
These guys are awesome good work for reasonable prices and fast service. Great conversation too!!
