While going to Charlie Brown to go to the Pittsburgh Airport my vehicles Power steering pump went out. I needed to catch my flight sooo I got Auto Illusions number from Charlie Brown attendant and they were so very kind. Hooked me up with a tow truck had my vehicle repaired by next day and took it back to Charlie Brown where it was waiting for me when I got back, which it drives like new again. So thankful for their prompt service!!!

If i could put no stars I would. I called around to different shops & sent pics to them find the best deal. This shop a long with a few others sent people out to give an estimate. I talked to this shop & decided to go with them. I thought they were working with me on making things as reasonably priced as possible but this is a crooked shop. Maybe they fell under hard times because of Covid but that is no reason to take advantage of someone. They were supposed to make the vehicle driveable so i can understand that they not fix the inner problems. I paid to have this drivable. All i got was a my old dented hood replaced with a rusted old hood that does not even fit on the truck. Then they put a dented fender with some kind of stuff stuck on the side of it.
