Purchased Ms3 engine mounts. Europe shipping cost absolutely overpriced. Lack of communication, none customer support communication. great enginnering tho. Maximum hold without sacrificing almost no comfort. But could be manufactured better! Weld wise. Packaging just overkill. Box big as for 8 engine mounts while only one in.

Leaving 2 stars because of the product performance. I purchased a CPE Core Dissipate intercooler and they forgot to grind the weld on the post for the bracket like other's have had issue. I had to grind them. The installation process is a pitty, I cannot believe how overcomplicated it is. I sent 2 emails and they never replied. After installation, I was met with a Throttle Body Stuck Open error. Had to dissasemble the intake manifold and throttle body, only to find a piece of foam stuck. The fmic pipes were not taped to prevent debris, I was very careful to block them with bags during installation, I can only think it felt inside during packaging. After hours or diagnosing and fixing their product, it's finally working, but will not be purchasing again. Unfortunate, better support and qual

Bought a turbo manifold with lifetime warranty. Product failed. I was warned by many that cpe will not stand behind their product and that's exactly what happened. They made the return process extremely difficult. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL ALWAYS SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYONE. This company is known for THE WORST customer service and it is absolutely true. If there was an award for THE WORST customer service, cpe would win every day without a doubt. Look at the countless negative reviews on their website and across forums etc. Cpe's customer service is a NIGHTMARE!

MQB engine/transmission mounts – design flaws prompted return. The cp-e engine and transmission mounts for the VW/Audi MQB platform were shipped quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately they have a few design flaws. The engine mount bolts used to attach to the frame rail are positioned such that they cannot be torqued to spec with the OEM torque-to-yield bolts. (See picture) cp-e told me that hand-tight installation will be fine – I do not agree with this recommendation, the advice also contradicts their installation manual. The engine mount lacks a mounting point for the washer reservoir found in the Mk7 Golf R/8V Audi S3 – cp-e told me that when they were manufacturing the part they saw no reason for the mounting point so they deleted it. One bolt that is used to secure the battery

Minor issue resolved in a Major way. These folks went above and beyond. Their product is quality top to bottom. I will not buy from anyone else going forward. I bought fuel rails for my 2007 GT500 and could not be happier. I would especially like to mention Kelly for her outstanding customer service and support !!!
