Years ago I came here to see about a scooter for my son. They were friendly, informative and had a flexible payment schedule. I was a struggling single parent and thanks to good people and business like this my child didn’t have to suffer. My child has enjoyed the scooter for years now!!! Very poor customer service. Rude attitude, delayed my scooter for weeks with no updates, no call backs, and rarely answered his phone. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. They kept my scooter for almost a month with no repairs done, no communication, and still charged a significant amount of money. I strongly advise looking for a different shop on Facebook Marketplace. I found someone in Rockwall, TX who fixed my scooter in 30 minutes. Very friendly, professional, and he is good at his job. Save yourself the stress.

This is a good man who works hard as a small business owner. He fixed my son’s flat tire on his e-bike & offered safety recommendations (which as a parent was much appreciated!). Yes he’s probably busy & has a backlog of work. Please be patient if you bring any projects here (and be nice about it). If you are in rush go somewhere else. Facts.

I dropped off my son’s scooter to be repaired and was told it would take about one week. The owner took my phone number and said he would contact me when it was ready. A full week passed and I never received a call. I tried calling the store multiple times over several days with no answer. After two weeks, I went back in person to pick up the scooter, only to find that no work had been done. On top of that, the owner was rude and I felt I was not treated with respect as a customer. Poor communication, missed expectations, and unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend this business.
