Verry horrible experience. I asked multiple times for a recipt for my car being towed and impounded but the refused to give me one at all sting they do not give them out for those services. They also insisted this be paid in cash despite their website stating otherwise. Overall extremely unhelpful.
They helped me after I had an accident and then were super helpful and understanding when I ended up having to pay out of pocket. Everyone I dealt with was very kind
I think this place should be investigated by the IRS. They do not accept checks and do not give you a receipt paying cash🤔. Seems like a fraudulent business in my opinion but hey it’s Minnesota.
If I could rate 0 stars I would this is the most worst towing companies I have dealt with VERY unprofessional and rude and disrespectful. They tried to steal our personal belongings. My girlfriend’s cell phone absolutely ridiculous never ever will do business. They should not even be a business .
Worst towing company ever they were over priced and rude, they broke a bunch of my things and make us wait for a half hour. 👎🏻
