Custom Transmission is the most honest place you could ever take your car to for a transmission. Office manager Beverly is very professional and the most knowledgeable woman I have ever met when it comes to transmissions. She definitely knows her business and has always been fair and honest. I would recommend this business if you are looking for a shop with integrity and honest mechanics.

I took my truck in for a service. Beverly informed me that they are not a quick lube. They would service it if it checked out ok. I was informed my transmission was indeed in good shape and only needed fluid and filter changed.When it does need rebuild I will take to them.I think they are honest at least they were with me

Referred to this shop by my mechanic for transmission repairs. Spoke to Beverly who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was quoted a fair price compared to other shops and I decided to give them a shot. Was kept up to date on the progress of the repair, never having to call and ask how it was going.
