Custom Wheel Refinishing

I was referred to Andre at Custom Wheel Refinishing. From the very first text Andre was communicative and clear in terms of the cosmetic refinishing process. Once I brought in my 2020 VW GLI, Joe was incredibly helpful in navigating the authorization and payment with the insurance company. Between the back and fourth emails and prompt response time, Joe was a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. My wheels look brand new, and I couldn’t be happier!

Brought my r129 Mercedes wheels here to get them refinished. Andre the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about these type of wheels. What’s better I just dropped off the car and they did all the tire removal/ reinstall and balancing. My wheels came out just like new.

I had a set of BBS wheels rebuilt by this shop a few months ago, and unfortunately the quality of the work has not held up. The wheels now leak air which should never happen after a proper rebuild. What’s even more frustrating is that when I contacted the company about the issue, they refused to stand behind their work. Instead of helping resolve the problem or offering any kind of support, they pushed the responsibility back on me and wanted more payment. I have invested good money expecting reliable service and craftsmanship, but that’s not what I received. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this shop for high end wheel repair or rebuilding. I’m disappointed and now have to pay someone else to fix what should have been done correctly the first time.

I called everyone—Arman’s, DS Mobile, LA Wheel Repair, O Tires—no one had the tools or that “we got you” energy 🤙🏽. I needed resurfacing, filling, repainting, and a real finish 🛠️. Then came the save: John at North Hollywood Auto Repair pointed me to Custom Wheel Refinishing. Joe understood the assignment. Walked in, shop was spotless, team was locked in, and the energy? On point. No hesitation, no patch-up nonsense—Joe revived that wheel like it was fresh off the showroom floor 🔥🏎️. I knew right then—this place deserved an @peternapolii cosign. Sand, smooth, fill, match, clear coat—BOOM. You’d never know I messed it up. T

Horrible took $300 of my money only to rotate the tires and not fix them. I had to take off work the next day to come back only to be told they refuse to fix the problem because they keep telling me something else is wrong g woth my car. I literally came here for 1 bent rim they lied and said I had didn't fix it. DO NOT COME HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS
