Custom Wheels

I must say this…..I’ve rode past this shop for years and never knew it existed. Today (9/11/25) is my first time needing their assistance and they have been so good to me!!!! I needed a tire ASAP and Marco and the fellas jumped on it ASAP!!! They had my tire size in stock and got it changed in under 30 minutes. The team is very professional, customer friendly, and they have a waiting area for the customers, WITH AC and a television. They are located directly across from Wendy’s, on Chancellor Ave in Irvington; right before or after the bridge that goes over 78. I added before and after pictures for everyone to see that gash in my tire. THANK YOU CUSTOM WHEELS for assisting me on that fly. I truly appreciate your professionalism and service.

Ladies please be aware…. Businesses such as this take advantage of women because they assume we aren’t aware of pricing and service costs. They definitely had the wrong one when I came in. Long story short I purchased two brand new tires online and went there to put them on, before I can even tell them what I needed they asked me was I paying cash… (big red flag). I said yes they then told me it will be 25$ each tire to install. I said that was fine, he comes out again and says I need balancing and it would be 80$. I then asked him balancing is supposed to come with the installation.(red flag number two). He says no it’s extra, I still agree. He proceeds to remove my old tires next thing you know they tell me I need a valve and it’s $65. I looked at him as if he was insane because he defi

These guys hooked me up! Needed a rim for my Honda and they had me good same day, under an hour, and under retail. Can’t beat that. Solid people, fair prices, and fast work. Highly recommend if you need anything done — they don’t waste your time.

I had a flat tire. It was snowing. I was calling different shops and no one had my size tire or the shops was closed. I finally called customed wheels shop hoping for luck and yes! They were open and had my size tire. Had my car towed there and they worked on it right away. Took about 5 minutes. Great customer service! I will be returning. Thank you Marco

Edit my review…. After i went to him three times for balance vibration and didn’t help went for other shop and did for me. The technician in this shop don’t know how to use the new machine in this shop don’t even know where to place the balance on rims! And every time they charge me which is not even fixed ! Place is good they have newer machines in all Jersey but they need a technician who can work on this machine. This place is awesome the workers the machines is the best The only shop have Hunter machines for everything. It’s really impressive shop
