We were driving North on 65 with slideout issue on new travel trailer. The technician John immediately inspected and diagnosed the issue. 45 minutes and a very reasonable fee later, we continued our journey. Thank you, Customers First RV!
Dropped off my RV a week ago. After a few days, Tim called and gave me a complete update. Through and complete. Good feedback. We'll see how things go from here.
Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. Came up from Louisiana where the technician was unable to fix my refrigerator under warranty.. the techs at Customers First had it figured out in about half an hour. Once the parts were ordered and came in things were fixed quickly. They did everything they said they were going to. I would recommend them to anyone. Will go out of my way again to have them work on my travel trailer.
They are very professional, nice, and most importantly, patient with me.
