I recently had CXR marine completely rewire, install steering & audio system on my 1984 Privateer that was restored and man I cannot say enough good about the quality of the work. I wanted to maximize the storage in my console as well as have every wire labeled so any future work needed would be easy to trace. He went above & beyond to make sure everything was 100% and would not have any issues. He was very respectful of my boat, even laid down sheets to protect my new paint job(something I've never seen with previous mechanics that I've used). It has been just over 6 months & with 680 hours on my restored boat with a new motor, I can assure you his work holds up to the test. I would definitely use him again!

This mechanic ignored manatee zones while on a job on Snead Island. Not once but twice, he sped the length of our canal on plane at speed. I confronted him and his response was, it's not my boat! My son being a marine mechanic and licensed Captain respects manatee zones and is aware of what damage can occur when operating at high speed in a narrow canal. This man seems to disregard the habitat, wildlife, and people's property. "Drew" is right, I don't own a boat, I own several boats, and have been boating safely for 51 yrs. Unlike your mechanic 'buddy'.

Chris was awesome, when we searched for a mechanic to change our oil and work on our Mercury dingy motor while we were doing the loop!, we needed someone who get the work done within a few days, not weeks! Chris was knowledgeable, efficient, hardworking and reasonable priced! We would highly recommend him!

Poor work replacing power trim motor. Wouldn't respond to multiple requests to resolve the issue that was supposed under warranty.

Best Marine mechanic on the west coast of Florida. Don’t waste your time with any others. Ignore that guy below he doesn’t even own a boat.
