Cy-Fair Tire Road Service

I stopped by Cy Fair tire cause my tire was making a funny noise and it made me feel unsafe driving at highway speeds. The guy at the front desk ( I believe his name was Dusty) told me to give him a few minutes and he would look at it. I waited for 30 minutes and watched him help other customers before me. Another guy came in with the same problem I had and he put that customer before me and walked out to the truck to help him. I came to Cy Fair Tire because I heard good stuff about them. Well I will never go back. I left right in front of the guy. He didn't try to stop me. I drove further to Discount Tire where I usually go. I will continue to go to Discount and will never recommend Cy Fair Tire to anyone

Sold me a recap tire, looked like a kid did it. Didn't last a week, had to replace already. Other recaps lasted me years. Terrible place and overly priced.

These guys are awesome and kind. Was driving home to Austin got a flat tire. There was a two hour wait at discount tire so I pulled down the street. They got me in right away, patched my flat and then didn’t even charge me a dime. 10 out of 10.

Cy-Fair Tire Road Service is definitely a top-notch company with great quality brand tires at a very reasonable price which in all saved my day! This morning I had noticed that my tire looked a bit low while pumping gas and sure enough on the inside of my tire, nearly the entire tire was showing wire so I needed a tire urgently. I had checked the 2 places in the current area I was in prior and they didn't have the tire I needed nor even acted like they wanted to help me. So I called Cy-Fair Tire in Brenham which was in the next town (20miles) to see if they had the tire i needed and without any questions asked the gentleman said they had the tire and would gladly take care of it. I had the best experience last Friday with Cy-Fair Tire! I am embarrassed to say I don't remember the assistant manager's name, but that guy is a sweet heart! I had picked up a screw and was 3 hours from home. If your car is like mine they don't have spare tires. I was in and out in just a few minutes and they didn't charge me a dime! I highly recommend them. In this day and time to find this type of kindness and customer service is rare. I was very impressed! Good Job!
