Had a huge piece of metal cause a flat & called Cy Fair in orange to see if they could look at fixing it vs replacing. Not only did they stay late to wait for me they assessed the tire & ordered the replacement so it could be mounted & ready to put on the car as quickly as possible. Customer service at its finest!!!
Definitely would not recommend! This location, charged me roughly $400 to service my front and rear brakes, but an oversight on their part contributed to me having a substantial amount of damage immediately afterwards. After returning my vehicle to them, they attempted to charge me $600 more dollars to correct a problem that they potentially contributed to. That will be my first, and last service!
From the minute I walked in, I knew I was in the right place! I was treated to excellent customer service, and the mechanic came out and personally greeted me and we went over everything before he started working on my car. Bonus! As he was working on my car, he texted updates.
Helpful and efficient... I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service in the Orange location! The staff service is second to none.
Best service in town!!
