I had a 5 Star experience communicating with my sales team, Mason and Ace, and I'm thoroughly enjoying my new Can-Am Spyder F3s. They provided exceptional service, making me feel at ease while addressing my questions and working hard to get my payment as close to my expectations as possible. However, I was disappointed to learn at the end of the process that the Accessories Credit, which was initially presented as a bonus, would be added back to the price, resulting in a higher payment. When I expressed my concerns, the response was somewhat dismissive, with a shrug and the explanation that "that's just how it is." My experience is that these guys don't care about customer whatsoever. I negotiated a deal on 2 units cash. Even though I was slow on my decision, I ultimately made the call to buy them. I asked if I was to run home and grab the cash if they would hold them. I was told yes. My sales rep Garrett was with another customer. As he was up at the finance counter, I told him that I was going to go grab the cash and to see if they would drop it another $200. Either way I was going home to get the cash and be right back. I told Garrett to call me with the decision so I could grab the right amount of cash. Within a few minutes I received a text letting me know another customer put a deposit on them and that they were no longer available. I called the store for the manager and he was of no help at al
