I stopped in with an issue on my helmet and was blown away by the level of service. Instead of trying to sell me a new helmet, she found the tools and spent nearly an hour fixing the visor on my bell helmet. Both women were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, honesty, and genuine care the way this store does. 🤘🏼

Staff was amazing. They were able help me find all the proper sizes and get my kids fitted for all their riding gear 👍

The manager has a good attitude, and cares. I had a tire mounted & balanced. Who ever did the work needs training. The dot on the wheel goes across from the valve stem. He didn’t know that. As a result he used too many weights. A YouTube video would have shown him how to do this job right. Overall I enjoy the store. Better than nothing.

Karen- you rock. Your customer service with the tire installation right before close was beyond impressive… you went the extra thousand miles when you didn’t have to. Cash followed it up with great customer service and Willy is as usual… the man! Thanks for being such a dependable team!

Staff are very helpful and available to questions and recommendations. Talked to Paul about the helmets they offer. Paul was forthcoming about options and features of the helmets. I tried on several helmets and told Paul I would be back after a few days. Came back and Paul was unavailable. Spoke with Kashmir about a SHOEI helmet and he was also helpful. Purchase the helmet and very satisfied with my purchase. Will return for future purchases.
