When I shop it's not always the price that drives me. The customer service (Bill) and the fast turn around time was key. But they also had the best price for my Suzuki 2007 M50 front tire. Just bring in your Rim and for me it was ready while I checked out the merchandise and talked shop. Great people. Mike

Great service. I ordered a tire on website, once it arrived I brought my rim in for the tire change. Talked about my bike, Honda vtx1800c, and was advised that my tire not really made for a heavy cruiser like mine. Yes it would work but not last long. They had the same tire in stock as on rim so I up it to that tire. Thanks for chatting with me and explaining the problems with tires or wrong size tires. Great service again.

Today my family and I were out looking for a new helmet for me. We were greeted by Gage the moment we walked in the door. I want to say that it's hard to come across people who know in depth information about the quality and construction of their products and what each material does for safety. I researched and researched and really didn't find a lot of the information I truly needed in why I should choose one brand over the other. He did though, and was a wealth of knowledge. I told him my prace range and what I'd be riding and he took me (unknowingly at that moment that I would be taking it home) straight to the helmet that he thought would be suit my criteria. I get helmet headaches. I dreaded shopping for a new helmet. I tried on three helmets on my first visit before I started getting a headache. The staff was very informative, helpful, patient, understanding and kind. I asked them to write down the two helmets I thought might work and I would return another day. My husband and I did research online and discovered others get helmet headaches, too. Those people suggested a couple of other brands/models. Went back to Cycle Gear and tried one of those helmets that was suggested online by a headache sufferer and it fits. Again, the staff worked with me to make sure I got the proper size and they allowed me to walk around the store with the helmet on. I wore it twice for 20 mins+ each and never got a headache. I've been in several times to get stuff everybody's always been very helpful and friendly. Today though I usually put the tubes on my dirt bike tires myself and I ended up popping the tube after I got it installed. I took it up there for them to install the tube for me. The prices are unmatched. I was able to buy a tube from them and also have it mounted the grand total came to $54. The lady that had done it did a wonderful job went above and beyond to make it perfect. They were done in about 10 to maybe 15 minutes max putting it in for me. To say the local powersports charges $55 alone just to install a tube if you provide it. If you have to buy a tube off of them you're looking at 90 some dollars almost a hundred bucks. Half the price better quality of craftsmanship. They were also able
