I came in to get a tire mounted for my dirtbike, and in the short time it took for them to take care of that I spoke to one dude about getting a helmet and some goggles. Me, not knowing anything about anything had many stupid questions about everything. Even through this process everyone I dealt with was profesional and courtious. I would happily spend my money here again

As we have been looking at gear and motorcycles all weekend, multiple stores recommended we stop by Cycle Gear. Their recommendation didn’t disappoint! First and foremost this store has the largest selection of women’s riding gear in the area. The employees all around were super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. But my biggest reason for writing this review is a HUGE shoutout to Emily! She easily spent an hour with my husband and I explaining how ratings for gear works and went out of her way to show me the gear she has and let me try it on. She was super encouraging as a first time woman rider! She also recommended additional products we will be looking into in the future. Additionally when we went back in store the following day to look at boots she remembered us by name and showed u

I'm new to adventure bikes, coming from the Harley Davidson community for years and so I stopped by cycle gear to pick up a jacket that was not branded HD. Walked right to the clothing department and met Tad. We had a wonderful conversation and you can tell the dude just loves motorcycles. I came in with my eyes set on a particular product, but by being there in person and touching and feeling the product I was able to be guided by Tad to a jacket that I'm beyond pleased with. I don't think I would've found it without his assistance. Grateful for him and for Cycle Gear for having options locally that I can try on.

Overall, it was fine. Selection was okay, but the kids gear was pretty wiped out, so not much there for my boys. The cashier was great. One small opportunity was missed that could’ve been an easy win. My son asked if he could keep one of the store credit plastic cards because it had a cool dirt bike scene on it. I even asked if I could purchase one without any value on it. The employee training the cashier said no. Honestly, we could’ve just taken it, but that’s not how we roll. We asked, got a no, and moved on. Not a huge deal, but those little moments matter. Letting a kid keep a card or selling a zero-balance one would go a long way in keeping dirt biking cool and families coming back.

Mitchel and Brodie were amazing. I feel that this review is not even close to enough. Having business at the Date Ave Cycle Gear is and has always been my go to. I have yet to find a store that has any decent product unless you visit the Date Ave store. If you ever need gear or to have the best experience with some good people and quality product.
