After trying to support a small business and spending upwards of $10,000 plus in this shop. I’ve pretty much had to redo almost everything they’ve done. Illinois Harley recently Dyno my bike…. What angered me more than anything besides the extreme overcharge for everything and having to redo the work, anyhow, is the lack of forethought this shop uses. For example, and this is only one, I paid Joe and Cycle Tech. to remove my baffles and put torque cones in and then Dyno my bike. Then later on after being a customer for quite some time and definitely understanding the bike and should have understood my wants and needs. I purchased a new exhaust. After discussing (later, Joe argued with me that we didn’t talk about it) I wanted the same set up no baffles, but torque cones put in, Joe’s tech

I called 4 shops and no one wanted to balance my wheels or if they did it was going to be $50 per tire and it would take 2 days. I found Cycle Tech on Google called them, Joe answered the phone and was very helpful. Came in the same day, got me in and out in 5 mins. Charged me $25 for the front tire and $23 for the rear which was a deal to me. Definitely doing more business with them in the future. I appreciate your knowledge and customer service!

Based upon the positive reviews, I called Cycle Tech and spoke with Joe about a motorcycle that I hadn’t ridden in quite some time, but was in very good shape. I was looking for his opinion on what was the best choice if I did not intend on riding in the future. He was very forthright and laid out the options for me and was willing to stop by and do a more thorough assessment of the bike. We were able to reach an agreement on its disposition, which I was very pleased with. My experience has been that these folks are true professionals and know their business.
