Cyclemax was AH-MAZING! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable! They kept me updated about my bike and during business hours, text responses were incredibly quick! Super responsive! For a first time bike owner I know I annoyed the heck out of them with all these calls and questions but they were SUPER patient with me! My original plan was to service and repair my bike at Coleman in Woodbridge where I got my bike but after multiple recommendations, I went with Cyclemax and the regrets: NONE! Don't think twice, just follow through with CycleMax! My bike looks brand new after a deer t-boned me! Excellent work!

I had the absolute best experience buying my motorcycle here. Every single person I interacted with was super friendly and welcoming. The manager who sold me my bike even stayed after hours to make sure everything was finished up and ready to go — and on top of that, he gave me his own motorcycle gloves so I’d have a more comfortable ride home. That level of care really meant a lot. This was hands down the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Great people, zero pressure, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers. Plus, they even have a shop lizard and a dog, which somehow made the whole place feel even more awesome. Could not recommend this dealership more. If you’re looking for a bike, this is the place to go.

Cycle max did an excellent job replacing the rear tire and breakpads on my BMW R1150 RS. I found them to be friendly, competent, and accommodating. I was surprised by the detailed cleaning they performed when I picked up my bike.
