Cyclone Touch Free Car Wash

I do love this car wash, it’s very clean and I never have any issues as a rule. But, the last two times I’ve used the car wash stall, I’ve used my debit card. I noticed both times that my bank account has been debited $20.00 each time. Both times I’ve only rinsed my Jeep of snow and salt. Last time dock should’ve only been approximately $6. Was wondering if anyone else had noticed this and what can be done to get reimbursed?

It would be nice if blower added to the basic/wash & wax plan.

I went to wash my car yesterday. I had never used my debit to pay for car wash but tried and it looked like it was working but no water or anything turned on. I payed for the wash and never got to use it. I called the number thinking they would help or reimburse me change so I could wash my car. The boy who answered was extremely rude, he said I would have to pay again and nothing he could do. He laughed at me and told me I could go somewhere else. So that is exactly what I did and will never go back to this location again. Also the vacuum was cheap and worked great the first 2 times I inserted money but the third time it shut off within 30 seconds of starting.

It is very reasonably priced, and the location convenient (Especially compared to other car washes). Vacuums and change machine located on site. Air freshener and wipes also for sale in dispensers. Because it is touchless it may not get everything Especially if it is grime that has been there for a while, so it's better if you just need a little cleanup. However I don't think the dryer was working. Will definitely be using these services again.

Did not clean my truck at all. I have 'a girl truck' and doesn't get really dirty. And this was after the $10 deluxe wash ! 😞
