Derek is a very nice (and quirky) person and thorough with his service. He explained the work clearly ahead of time and then drove me in my car when the work was finished to confirm the results. Would definitely recommend.

Hours and location are convenient if you're in a pinch. If you don't know much about cars, be sure to ask for written quote with parts and ask to see old parts. Sign off before the work is done. Derek has years of experience and pretty talkative. Communication was open but felt like a way to distract from the mistake. While a refund was offered, I can't be bothered to come back. DENSO is reputable and I don't have issues with remanufactured. It just bothered me that he kept trying to assure me it WASN'T remanufactured when I didn't even ask about it. It just doesn't add up. I want to move forward from it. I'm giving 5 stars because I honestly don't care where the parts come from but please ask for written quote if you want to be a good friend with Derek.
