First, had great customer service, and my replacement window arrived earlier than expected. Then, I was quite disappointed in how the job was left. The pics show inside completed, but the outside was completely unfinished. The owner claims he discussed this when scoping the job, but as laypeople, we had no idea that another contractor would have to be called. The early arrival would have made this difficult anyway, but we were not told ahead of time to call a plaster professional. On the day of window installation I did try to find someone, and it would have added $500 to our job. They used the wrong type of window, didn't make this clear to us, and left us with a gaping hole in our house!

Absolutely beautiful work. Just had my two sliders replaced. Great workmanship. Prompt and got right to work. So happy to have two smooth, quiet sliding doors for a great price. Highly recommended. Thanks D&C!!!

We have ordered window replacements through D&C before, but this time we needed mirrors and a glass top made for our hutch. We could not believe how quickly this was done - one day!! As always, Tina was very courteous, friendly and helpful. With the window replacement prior to this service, we had already decided that this would be the go-to company for us. We would highly recommend D&C.
