First off, I'm totally ignorant about cars, so this is mostly a review of how nice they were as I bought two rear tires. I asked about rotation and they explained why it was good idea. Later, I got neurotic and asked about my spare tire. They had finished but checked it for me and put some air in. The nicest thing was they only charged me for the new tires. Not the rotation or spare tire check. As a bonus waiting room and restrooms are clean!!!

Courteous professional and well prepared. The coffee and tea were good, but I wish they had good snacks, breakfast bars, trail mix, or even dried fruit.

I provided 4 new winter tires. They mounted and balanced them onto my winter wheel set, then replaced my summer set on the vehicle. Finished with an alignment and a short test drive. Technician was friendly and careful not to scuff anything. I had 2 customers ahead of me for alignment so I was there for 3 hours but otherwise, quick service with no appointment. Straightforward easy 5 stars. Yes they can mount low profile tires (<50 ratio).

I took my 2014 Cadillac XTS to get an alignment at this location. Michelle was very friendly and answered my questions with a great attitude. I have been looking for places to get my vehicle aligned and I’m glad I came to them. I will definitely trust to bring my other vehicles and friends here. In addition, their estimated wait time is on point, which is what I appreciate.
