D & J's Automotive

If I need an alignment I will always take my ride to D&J's. They were recommended by Toys for Trucks after another shop was not able to help me because I have a Tacoma with a modified suspension. Note: the price was not low, but that's typical given all the lane departure, steering angle and other sensors on modern vehicles that they need to address during the alignment.

I went to D & J about a week ago for an awful burning smell in my car. After a couple hours I got a call from them that they could not find the smell and asked if I could come take them for a ride to explain what I was talking about. Well, of course, we went for the ride and the car had no smell. When we got back to the shop the mechanic popped the hood and looked around. Looking at the engine he noticed a bunch of leaves on top. He blew them off and the smell was strong - exactly what I was smelling. Despite my silliness, they did not charge me a dime! They truly care about the community and have excellent customer service. 10/10 recommend. They are quick, efficient, and above all else, kind!

I've had D&J Automotive work on my work commute vehicle twice in the last year, a vehicle that is no gem to say the least. The most recent visit was to resolve an intermittent electrical issue which made it difficult to diagnose. Shawn & their technicians found the issue and have me back up & running. Being that it was an intermittent problem it took quite a while to diagnose and they didn't charge me for most of that electrical investigation time. I was basically just charged the manhour time to replace the part and overall, they probably lost money on that repair job by trying to be fair. This is the most honest repair shop I've come across in a long while. They will get all my future auto repair business & I live in Topeka if that tells you anything about how much I trust them.

A previous shop left some tail light work undone, and D & J's automotive listened, helped, and ultimately fixed the issue without trying to gouge me. Highly recommend them for their integrity and service. Thank you!!

Dave and Julie are just great! i had an issue with my car and i was able to get an inspection done and get it fixed within 24hrs! i would recommend them to anyone because they are honestly of the only shops i trust!
