If you need a tow in the Benton area, don’t bother calling anyone else. I called these guys earlier in the week about a tow that we needed today. They were prompt and kept communication open up until arrival. He was there when we scheduled and the price for the tow was reasonable. Customer service is top notch with this business. I had a terrible experience with this mechanic shop. I came in as a one-time customer after breaking down on the road due to a blown tire that caused damage to multiple components. Instead of helping properly, it felt like they took advantage of the situation. They installed the wrong ABS sensor and, even worse, left my brake hose inside the drum, which is extremely unsafe. After getting back on the road, I quickly realized something wasn’t right. When I reached out to the shop to address the issue, I was met with rude and dismissive responses instead of any accountability or willingness to fix their mistakes. This level of unprofessionalism and carelessness is unacceptable, especially when it comes to safety-critical repairs. I would highly not recommend this shop to anyone. Please do y
