Luis called me right back and sent me a quote with an ETA and price within 5 minutes. They were running late due to an accident and let me know, keeping in constant contact, which is really all you can ask for - accidents come first. Luis and Iaz were swift at loading my car and very careful with each step. He also texted me once he dropped it off at the shop. Would absolutely recommend them, but hope to never personally need them again :)

My car wouldn't start so I called D&M Towing, I was stranded at the auto parts store. The driver was there in under thirty minutes which is always a plus! On top of that, he was very polite and he had my car hooked up up and ready to go in no time! I would definitely use D&M Towing again!

Very nice people. My car was showing signs that it was breaking down so I followed my gut and pulled over just before I went through the Skyway tolls, and I was right bc something was wrong w my car. Dispatcher got someone out there quick. Driver was professional and got both me and my useless car home safe. Even gave me a discount on the price. I asked who I could sell my car to bc it’s too much trouble & dispatcher told me they’d buy it off me if I wanted but to look at all my options first so I could find the best deal, honest person. Will contact D&M for any potential issues in the future. Oh and they called to check up once my car and I were dropped off and made sure everything went good.

Luis the dispatcher answered my call quickly. He told me a driver would be to me in 30 minutes. After 25 minutes Christian call and said he was 5 minutes away. He was there in 5. He quickly loaded my vehicle and got my husband and me home. If I could give 10 stars I would. Oh and the price was very reasonable.
